Всё просто. Поэтапно страница за страницей перевёрстывать, натягивать на движок. Также предусматривать рекомендации по оптимизации такие как размеры картинок, запуск скриптов только на нужных страницах и только при наличии элемента на странице. Всё как по феншую. И оплата в конце за всёэто тоже не вариант. Делить работу на этапы и оплачивать поэтапно.

Да и много вопросов по текущему макету. Меню одно и тоже показывает. Дизайн перпендикулярно-паралельный. Поэтому в случае с чистой темой то можно и дизайн изменить
