🔍 1. UX analysis and audit of the current website

Identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel: user exit points, UX weaknesses
Formulating hypotheses for improving conversion

Conducting interviews with:

Building user flows for different target audience types
Formulating and testing hypotheses to improve interaction

🎨 3. Development of UX/UI website design mockups

Defining:
- UI components (buttons, forms, icons, etc.)
