Denis S. 1 February 2025Вітаю...те що на картинці, там упори задні їх треба напевне змінити ... з практики, там втрачається 90гр. кут і можливий вистріл заготовок при склеюванні.. в відео там правильно все в обоймі.. і для виконавця чи хто буде все проектувати, на замітку - при склеюванні на шип чи мікрошип..починати все стискати з середини щоб зайвий клей мав змогу вийти на ззовні ... інакше при рівномірному затисканні будуть щілини в щиті ...

Щодо упорів то звісно щось треба думати (а власне де тут не треба думати)) , адже вони переставні і мають тримати навантаження , напевно буде якийсь гвинт компенсатор кута 90 град.
А щодо склейки від центру, то не знаю чи вдасться таке при балочній системв розподілення навантаження .
На відео ніби тиснуть хаотично...

Denis S. 1 February 2025вам напевне буде тостатньо і пневмо циліндрів - якщо клеїти на гладку фугу (не факт що вірно назвав) а на мікрошип чи шип ..так ..напевне потрібна гідравліка

Напевно ви праві, адже навіть якщо доведеться працювати з товщиною до 100 мм, тож при нормативному значенні 12 кг на см отримаєм отримаємо площу 3х300= 900 см2 і на 12 кг буде 10.8 тони, а гідравліки на 100 тон, запас ніби надмірний, але хто знає які ті тони в тих циліндрах, може китайські то ділити їх ще треба навпіл))

Ех не можна редагувати, 10 см х 300 см = 3000 см2
3000 см2 х 12 кг/см2 = 36 000 кг / см2 = 36 тон.
А враховуючи китайські тони, то умовних 50 тон по циліндрах вже не виглядають надмірними)

Цілком можливо, але з пневмо не до кінця розумію як рахувати їхні зусилля, адже в них подібних цифр в тонах не пишуть, плюс вони дорожчі.

я спостерігав - задня стінка з вставними штирями 20мм діам.. всатвл в гніздаі формують необхідний габарит ... вони досить щільно розміщені (там щит ), і тиснуть пневмо..

GENERAL DESIGN, LOGISTICS AND QUALITY REQUIREMENTS • Operating conditions: Working temperature inside — 30°C, humidity — up to 80%. The design must be resistant to stable heating and high humidity, ensuring the tightness of joints. • Material: Stainless steel AISI 304, surface — matte. • Hygiene and smoothness: The inner surface must be as smooth as possible. Minimize the protrusion of nuts, ends of threads, or any fastening elements inside the structure. * Task for the designer: Propose fastening options (embedded parts, hidden connections, etc.) so that the inner walls are even. • Quality and appearance: Professional "commercial" appearance, absence of any gaps after assembly. • Export orientation: Assembly should be as intuitive as possible for the end user (export version). • Walls: "Sandwich" (matte stainless steel AISI 304 + basalt wool 50 mm).
