Goal: Creating and managing an Instagram account in a unified style with high-quality visual content, regular posts and stories, as well as video editing.
Responsibilities:
Developing a content strategy:
Maintaining a unified visual style of the account.
Selecting a color palette, fonts, and filters for posts.
Developing a categorization system for publications and stories.
Creating and publishing content:
At least 3-4 posts per week (photos, carousels, videos, infographics).
Daily stories (news, construction stages, client reviews, useful facts, interactive content).
Formatting texts for posts considering the target audience.
Using relevant hashtags.
Video editing:
Creating short videos (Reels, stories) from available materials.
Editing videos with subtitles, effects, and music overlay.
Interacting with the audience:
Responding to comments and messages in Direct.
Engaging with subscribers and increasing involvement.
Finding opinion leaders for collaborations.
Analytics and reporting:
Monitoring statistics (reach, engagement, subscriber growth).
Providing a monthly report with recommendations for improvement.
Candidate requirements:
Experience working with Instagram (account management, content marketing, video editing).
Ability to work in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other photo/video editing tools.
Knowledge of SMM trends, writing skills.
