Верстка доп. страницы и php-программирование
Добрый день, коллеги.
Имеется сайт, написанный на js фреймворке и php (используются файлы tpl).
1. Нужно на главной странице сделать доп. пункт меню или кнопку для перехода на новую доп. страницу "Карта лояльности".
2. Нужно сверстать эту доп. страницу в стиле сайта. На странице будут поля: Имя, Фамилия, Адрес магазина (выбор из 6 значений), Телефон, Номер карты. И кнопки "Подтвердить телефон" и "Активировать карту".
3. Все поля обязательные для заполнения (нужна проверка на это). При вводе номера телефона, нужно его верифицировать по смс (кнопка "Подтвердить телефон"). Пользователю приходит смс, он вводит полученный код в поле для подтверждения и если все хорошо, то кнопка "Активировать карту" становится доступной. Сервис для работы с СМС – smsc.ru
4. При нажатии "Активировать карту" формируется GET запрос с обязательными параметрами вида http://<имя веб сервера>/<имя базы>/hs/<корневой URL>/<обязательный параметр1>/<обязательный параметр2>?<имя не обязательного параметра 1>=<значение не обязательного параметра 1>&<имя не обязательного параметра 2>=<значение не обязательного параметра 2>. Этот запрос мы уже будем обрабатывать на стороне 1С.
