Реализовать резиновую верстку.
Необходимо сделать резиновую вёрстку, чтоб на разных размерах экранов отображение было одинаковым, чтоб сохранялись все пропорции.
Элементы на странице должны располагаться согласно скрина ниже:
У нас есть следующие размеры для всех блоков/элементов на сайте. Смотри скрин ниже:
Эти размеры указаны для ширины и высоты экрана 330×210 мм(1221х814) 1мм~3,7рх.
Если ширина и высота нового разрешение экрана будут большими чем указанные, то все элементы должны масштабироваться относительно.
К примеру, отношение высоты меню 6.65мм (25рх) и высоты экрана 210мм (814рх) должно оставаться постоянным. 25/814.
Основная идея чтоб были сохранены эти размеры и пропорции в рх для всех дисплеев. Смотри скрин выше.

Если сохранять такую верстку она не является адаптированой под мобильную версию Вы всегда будете получать что сайт не адаптирован под мобильную версию ввиду того что элементы будут находится слишком близко к друг другу. Меню для мобильного устройства должно отображаться по другому.
