I will say right away, please refrain from using naive-ui, I am working with it on a project, and most of the components do not have basic slots, and everything needs to be written through the render function. For example, take a look at the table or menu component; nothing custom can be done.
Much better is prime-vue; I have worked with shadcn, and it was very convenient and easy to customize.
