It is necessary to design a nice/readable guide. The theme is fitness.
Nothing too complicated is needed, the main thing is to create paragraphs with proper alignment and indentation, etc.
The number of pages is 30-35.
In the guide, besides text, there are several pages with tables. (see screenshots)
Also, there is one page with tables and arrows (see screenshot). All the rest is regular text.
No images or conditional symbols are needed. Only text and page numbering.
Size of the guide: in vertical A5 format.
Output: a file in Ai format, so it can be edited.
