По верстке есть требования:
1. Верстку желательно делать с использованием компонентов Framework7 + VueJS, документация тут https://framework7.io/vue/
2. Каждый экран должен представлять собой отдельный файл, содержащий в себе компонент Vue, корневой элемент <f7-page> из фреймворка Framework7Vue
3. Базовые компоненты, такие как панель навигации, панель кнопок, табы, элементы управления должны быть сверстаны с помощью компонентов фреймворка, таких как <f7-navbar>, <f7-tabs>, <f7-toolbar>, <f7-input>, <f7-button> и так далее
4. Стилизация приложения производится возможностями CSS3 путем назначения новых классов необходимым компонентам и переопределения стилей фреймворка
5. Компоненты, для которых в Framework7Vue нет аналогов, реализуются средствами html5, css3, js es6 и фреймворка Vue, переиспользуемые компоненты вынести в отдельные файлы Vue, полностью инкапсулирующие их стили и поведение.
6. Верстка должна быть адаптивной и максимально соответствовать макету на всех разрешениях современных мобильных устройств, минимальное ширина экранов 320, максимальная 480, соотношение высоты и ширины экрана смартфона может быть 3:2, 16:9, 18:9
