Глупо думать, что количество отзывов на одном сайте, о чем то говорит.

Типа вас имел ввиду, что умничают много, а как берутся - то кривой код мне присылают.
Если вы осилите за час, пишите бюджет в проект давайте работать. -
По этой задаче нужно поменять расположение блоков, никакой новый код по сути писать не нужно.
Если код кривой изначально, то это не вина фрилансера, который поменяет в верстке пару блоков)

За код я не про вас говорил. По скрину не совсем понятно, но вроде бы все так. Тут у меня нет отзывов, потому что я работал через сайт, а мы в скайпе списывались и работали.
