Нужно сверстать лендинг по PSD макету. Макет предоставлю свой.
Сайт должен быть адаптивный и кроссбраузерный.
Предпочтительно под WordPress, но можно рассмотреть и варианты других CMS.

Натяжка на WordPress предусматривается? Или только верстка под cms?

Логично, что если человек пишет под вордпресс, по умолчанию означает натяжку на цмс.

Натяжка на CMS не нужна, натянуть смогу и сам. Сейчас есть только макет, нужна HTML верстка.
