Remote Sales Manager for furniture manufacturing on a part-time basis

We are manufacturers of furniture for beauty salons and homes. We operate in the markets of Ukraine and Europe, have our own production, website, CRM, and a stable flow of applications.

We are looking for a Sales Department Manager (SDM) for remote and part-time work, who can systematize the work of managers, improve sales performance, and help build an effective sales department.

Main tasks:

• Control the work of sales managers.
• Analyze and improve the application processing process.
• Set sales plans.
• Work with the CRM system.
• Control the speed and quality of communication with clients.
• Analyze the sales funnel and conversions.
• Develop and implement KPIs.
• Conduct online meetings with managers.
• Listen to calls as needed.
• Create and improve sales scripts.
• Prepare reports on the effectiveness of the sales department.
• Conduct interviews and search for sales managers as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience as an SDM.
• Experience in implementing or working with CRM.
• Understanding of sales metrics and funnels.
• Ability to identify weaknesses in processes and improve them.
• Independence and responsibility.
• Experience in manufacturing or furniture will be an advantage.

Work format:

• Remote.
• Part-time.
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule.
