The first time there were no complaints, but the second time it felt like we were working with a completely different person. It seemed that the terms of reference were read between the lines. When the freelancer did not understand something, he acted at his own discretion, as he thought was best. But he should have just asked for clarification, and that would have saved time. Overall, the work is done.

After completing the project, taking into account the wishes that were made for the first project, the client says - no, do it like it was in the first one. Fine. Initiative can sometimes be imposed.
Other moments that I didn't like:
- "I wrote to you that..." - in fact, they didn't write. But there is a complaint (by the way, there was also such a moment in the first project, but I thought it was a trifle)
- be prepared that several times they will change the materials for work (photos, texts), but in the form of a complaint (didn't you see that it doesn't match, doesn't fit?)
- they will write a bunch of corrections several times, and when you miss one, they will say that you are inattentive and don't read the task.
- long responses, communication is prolonged.
On the positive side - payment. It meets the requirements for the level of work. But it won't be transferred until you remind them (although maybe this is just a coincidence for me).
