It is necessary to edit an artistic documentary short film shot using the observational method on a cultural research topic. There are approximately 300 shots, but they are short in duration. The main task is to create an artistic montage in a defined style, which largely relies on pauses, fades, and rhythm. I will send a reference of the desired style in personal messages during the discussion. Additionally, it is required to: edit the video to a voice-over monologue; work with the already selected musical accompaniment (there will be almost no work with ambient sound); create subtitles for the monologue; perform color correction. I am looking for a person who has experience or a genuine interest in editing experimental and author cinema and understands how to work with visual atmosphere, where the video sequence is not a direct illustration of the voice-over text, but rather enters into a symbolic dialogue with it.

For two years now, we have been conducting charity Robotics Clubs for children affected by the war in Kyiv. Currently, we want to scale up, adding new classes for children in basic engineering and educational sessions on working with neural networks. To do this, we need to raise funds, which will go towards purchasing new kits, renting spaces, and paying teachers. And for the children, these Clubs should remain free. Therefore, we want to create a promotional video that will tell about our work done recently, the camp for children that took place recently, and our dreams for the future. We have photo and video materials to use in the project, as well as text for the video, which is recorded in Ukrainian. The task involves editing the video and audio to produce a finished promotional video that will inform people about the charity project and encourage support and collaboration. The film should look like the work of a professional director and cinematographer.✔️ Purpose The film is created as a visual accompaniment to the original song on YouTube. The main task is to emotionally show that significant changes happen through small daily steps. The story should be understandable even without explanations of the song's lyrics.
