Video editor (creative direction)

We are looking for a creative video editor to create brand, marketing, and content videos. We need a person who not only edits material but also helps find interesting visual solutions, works with content structure, and understands how to keep the audience's attention.

Main Tasks

• Editing promotional videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Creating videos for demonstrations at conferences, exhibitions, and during sponsorship integrations.

• Creating Shorts, Reels, and other short formats.

• Creating highlight videos from conferences, webinars, and online events.

Hard Skills

Storytelling

• Ability to structure videos so that viewers watch them to the end.

• Understanding of plot construction: hook → problem → solution → call to action.

Creating Advertising Creatives

• Experience in editing advertising, promo, and content marketing videos.

• Understanding the specifics of content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

• Understanding which visual elements and approaches influence audience engagement.

Dynamic Editing

• Ability to work with the pace and rhythm of the video.

• Editing to music.

• Using modern techniques to maintain attention: dynamic text, transitions, zooms, graphic accents, etc.

Working with Trends

• Understanding current trends in Reels, Shorts, and video advertising.

• Ability to adapt trends to the brand and product of the company.

Motion Design and Graphics

• Working with animation, graphic elements, titles, and visual effects.

Working with AI

• Experience using AI tools for generating videos, images, or individual creative elements is welcome.
