We have a recorded interview lasting 1 hour, and we need to edit it into 15 short clips, each lasting between 1 to 3 minutes. These are separate, short content segments designed to convey one clear idea in each clip — content about thought leadership for LinkedIn and YouTube that can be viewed in one sitting without the need for context. We will provide a document with a selection of clips with exact time stamps and a brief note on the topic of each clip, so prior knowledge of the subject is not required. The source material is a video recording from a single camera with a separate audio track. Each clip requires dynamic, stylized subtitles — not simple automatically generated subtitles, but subtitles designed according to our brand colors (purple #E50489 and dark charcoal #313131), using our brand fonts Syne and Work Sans. Kinetic typography should be applied to 2–3 key lines in each clip using a template that you create at the beginning of the project and reuse across all outputs. Each clip should also have a name and title in the lower third during the first appearance, as well as a short 5–8 second branded intro and outro that are reused in all clips. All videos should be exported in a 16:9 format, optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube. One round of consolidated review is included — feedback will be combined for all clips, rather than sent for each video. Additional scope (bonus of 2000 UAH included in this project): In addition to the 15 medium clips, we offer a bonus of 2000 UAH for 2 long segments, each lasting between 5 to 10 minutes, edited from one source material. They require synchronization of multiple cameras (designated camera A and camera B), title sequences at the beginning, section titles throughout the video, video overlays where appropriate, and kinetic typography applied selectively at key discussion moments. Brand template files created for the medium clips should extend to these segments. Time stamps and thematic notes will also be provided for them. This addition is optional — candidates who feel that the full scope is too ambitious for the established deadlines may apply only for the medium clips, and the full form will be considered in a separate project. We are looking for a detail-oriented editor with a strong portfolio of dynamic subtitles, kinetic typography, and interviews with talk show hosts. Experience in editing full forms and documentary style will be an advantage.
