Restore routes in server architecture (DevOps)

We have a VPS architecture in Ukraine and a physical server in Europe.
They are connected via a VPN based on WG and OpenVPN and something else (configured by a specialist)
On the physical server, there is Proxmox with virtual machines: services, web server, mail servers)
The scheme is approximately as follows: VPS (Nginx Proxy manager + IP tables, NAT + WG + OpenVPN) ->> Proxmox: virtual machines
The Ukrainian VPS has a main IP and 4 additional ones, which are assigned to different nodes (sites, mail servers)
There is also an office in Europe, which is also in the subnet and receives Ukrainian IPs
Everything crashed due to loops in the routes and misconfigurations in IP tables
There is a map of these routes, but it needs to be updated a bit. All services run on internal IPs, but they do not work on domains and mail servers have become inaccessible for sites and internal services.
It is necessary to restore the routes and rebuild them correctly and fix the "communication" between all nodes. Install graphical interfaces for ease of network administration.
All accesses, explanations, and consultations will be provided as quickly as possible throughout the work.
