Якщо у Вас є можливість тимчасово збільшити параметри VPS, це може розв'язати проблему - тоді можна буде зайти до Вебузо, й через неї почистити від системного сміття. Бо робити те все через SSH доступ, як на мене - ще той квест. Втім, я не є досвідченим серверним адміном, можу й помилятися. Але в себе на VPS, з тією ж Вебузо, колись саме таку проблему саме так і вирішив - хостер на декілька годин розсунув мені рамки серверу, я почистив через файл-менеджер логи Опенкарт, котрий там понаписував мільярд мільйонів рядків абракадабри, й потому все вернулося на місце, але вже з купою вільного простору.
