Look, unfortunately, there is no magic button, so the working scheme in such cases is as follows:
1. We download the static site from the web archive (that is, the layout - this is what is displayed in the browser)
2. We implement the downloaded layout on WordPress
This is all feasible, but as you understand from point 2, it’s almost like creating the site anew, well, more precisely, where the programming stage is concerned.
