Protecting the corporate Google Workspace account Situation: the company has 3 directors with equal access to a shared corporate Google Workspace (including corporate Google Drive, where confidential data is stored). It is necessary to set up a system where: none of the three directors can unilaterally change the account password or restrict access for the other two; any change of password or access rights requires confirmation from at least one other director. Tasks: propose technical options for implementation; assist in implementing the chosen solution. Requirements for the performer: experience working with Claude/Anthropic products; deep knowledge of Google Workspace admin console, particularly role management, group policies, and account security; experience implementing access control systems — examples of similar cases are preferred; ability to explain technical matters in simple language; proficiency in English at an advanced level.
