The Role:
Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced and creative Client Manager who would be responsible for ensuring a high level of communication with clients and ensuring their successful experience with our agency.
Responsibilities:
As a Spanish-speaking Client Manager, your aim is to build the strong relationship with the clients. This position is mostly about the communication with them (verbal and written), making sure the client’s success is achieved. You will lead a limited number of clients simultaneously: we are about Quality over Quantity approach. You need to build a solid connection with a client, dive deep into it and make sure that client’s success is achieved. Speak about out-of-the-work topics, meet each other in real life for a cup of coffee, craft your own strategy with a client, be creative.
Key skills:
- 2+ years experience in Sales/ Customer Success / Account Manager / Retention is a must (company size - 200+ employees).
- This position requires the knowledge of how to “sell the idea” to a client, guarantee the client’s satisfaction and bring his experience with us to the top level;
- Spanish (B2) is a minimum you need to possess (Verbal and written);
- Proficient communication skills are a must. You know how to find the connection with a client, how to sell the idea, how to convince the client and promote your opinion. You both work on the client’s success, so you need to communicate a lot. Furthermore, you need to persuade others to agree with your ideas or proposals;
- Experience with such tools: Google Drive, PowerBi;
- Be proactive.
Don’t wait while the client writes to you. Write to him first instead, ask more, propose more, discover new approaches and combine them in your work;
- Objection handling skills;
- Research skills (searching for information on Google);
- Working with metrics (prescribing KPIs based on the model results);
- Retrospective review of client results to improve them;
- Ability to calculate risks;
- Ability to plan and work with a schedule;
- Experience in gray niches will be a plus
