Virtual Shelly EM Software Running on Docker / Data from MQTT
200 USDA Docker container is to be created which is running the sofwtare of a virtual Shelly EM device.
The data of Power Consumation [Watts] must be received via MQTT an then forwardet internally to the virtual Shelly EM device.
the virtual shelly device will run in a single docker container and will be connected to the solarmanager via the individual ip address.
The hole System must run in an Docker container.
As few resources as possible should be used.

I am Running already an MQTT Broker from Mosquito (MQTT V3.1.1) on a Specified server. ( IP: Port and User Names are here)

The print screen in the request for proposal shows the connection point where the shelly can be connected.

The reason for this project is that i already have some smart measurements. But these are not compatible with solarmanager. Now i would like to send the power data to the virtual Shelly em device and this would then be connected to solarmanager so that the data can be processed further.
So the schema looks like this:
Measured power value [Watt] -> Send via MQTT to virtual Shelly EM device -> Connection via IP address and device ID with Solarmanager -> Shelly EM forwards measured power value to Solarmanager.
