Hello, I have created various games in different styles (yours reminded me of "Atomic Forest" and a bit of Wagner's period before the fly agarics... but I can only show these gambles: Behance
I am sure that with at least minimal resources of fly agarics (just kidding) something interesting could be invented. I mean both gameplay and various cool features, especially visuals.
I suggest starting with a small Safe where we can just brainstorm... let's begin with concepts to music and look for the one that resonates.
I also do animation (not great) sprites, as well as musical accompaniment and sound effects... And I have a bit of understanding of how everything is done (I worked in Flash and coded myself), so I know when it's better to do programmatic animation with randomness, etc.
