Here is how I propose to structure the work:
Selection of angles: I will extract 6 key frames from your video (reception, general hall, VIP area).
Test iteration: First, I will create one frame in 2-3 style variations (neon, loft, cyberpunk) so that we can choose the same concept.
Finalization: After the style is approved, I will refine all 6 frames based on your example and drawings.
