Hello! I am ready to create commercial renders that will help sell your quad houses even at the foundation stage. Since the rough models are already available, my pipeline will be as follows:
Optimization and detailing: I will refine the geometry and place the building on the terrain.
Materials: I will set up physically accurate PBR materials (textured plaster, reflections on windows, realistic roofing).
Lighting and environment: I will set up atmospheric HDRI lighting (for example, soft evening light for coziness). Using plugins (Forest Pack / Scatter), I will create rich 3D landscaping for the site (lawn, trees) and add ambiance (cars, yard elements).
