Building:
The building is of a type like this: 4 entrances, height in proportions as in the reference - doors high enough for a truck to pass through. Doors on both sides of the building are through. Size in plan 70x150 feet.

On the left, there is an entrance made of glass like this, but simpler.

Render size for the top views - 4096x2304 (according to the integrated image)
Render size for the eye-level view - 4096x2304
Separate black and white masks for the road, asphalt, building, roof, + alpha channel.
Make the surroundings using Corona ShadowCatcher to preserve shadows.
Save in EXR 16bit to have a transparent channel.
If you can enhance Google photos in AI, that's a plus; if not, it's not a problem.

It just needs to look nice and neat, without "super-detailing".
