Hello! My name is Darya. I am a German language teacher with the soul of a coach, with a keen sense of meaning and a love for structure. My texts have depth, my guides are not just lists, but entire stories. And now I am looking for someone who can visually highlight this in such a way that people want to save, share, and say: “This is interesting!”

Who I am looking for:

Not just a designer. But a person who:
• can feel the mood and convey it
• does not fall asleep when hearing the word “guide”
• knows how to present educational content so that it’s “mmm, tasty,” not “oh, another checklist”
• and most importantly, wants to do this regularly, not just “once and run away”

What needs to be done:

1. Develop a corporate style — colors, fonts, visual elements, accents
2. Create templates for:
- posts and carousels on Instagram
- covers for Reels
- stories with all elements for storytelling

- PDF guides (from mini-practices to in-depth instructions)

Design content monthly:
- up to 5 posts
- up to 10 PDF guides

- up to 5 stories

(meaning it could be that this month there are 2 posts and 5 guides, and the next month the opposite)
I send texts and ideas once a month—you turn them into visual treats!

Style preferences:

• Minimalism without coldness
• Heartfelt without vanilla
• Structure without bureaucratic language
• Freedom, space, meaning
• And always a little spice

It’s important for me:

• That you enjoy deep projects
• Have an eye for detail but not get bogged down in them
• Have experience in educational or expert content
• And be ready to become not just a designer, but the visual voice of my brand
