Тех поддержка вносит заявку на ремонт есть определенные сроки и что бы было видно кто нарушил сроки и по какой причине. а так же сколько нарушений было за месяц. за квартал за год.
Тоже самое с включением новых абонентов Заявку менеджеры занесли , в течении 3х дней должны включить.
