1. Главный экран скорее всего не "обернут" в ограничивающий контейнер, или где-то "поплыла" верста - нужно смотреть. Из-за этого контент занимает все доступное пространство.
2. "Футер сделать такой же как тут:" - на этой страничке футером является маленькая белая полоска внизу экрана. Вы имеете в виду сделать форму обратной связи в самом низу страницы?
3. Есть еще несколько уточнений - давайте свяжемся в любом удобном мессенджере для уточнения объема работ сроков и бюджета.
