Internal app in WordPress in Calm style
I am creating a meditation web application that operates within the /app page without reloading (SPA simulation). The page is divided into a left menu (Home / Meditate / Profile) and a right dynamic content area. Meditation content is created through a custom post type, and profile functions are implemented via plugins (Restrict Content Pro, etc.).
Assistance is needed with setting up section switching logic, styling elements, displaying the user profile, and responsiveness. A detailed technical task with all steps is available at the link (see below).
