Восстановить админ панель - postgres и yii2

В какой-то момент забыли проплатить сервер, сайт слетел. Его вчера восстановили, но не работает админ панель, там ошибка при заходе на сервер:

Нужно исправить ошибку и вернуть работоспособность панели.
Также в течение дня (пятница) упало 2-3 заявки, я так понимаю, не пришли по причине этой проблемы. Надеюсь получится их поднять.
Также важно изменить пароль от сервера и прислать новый.

Я так понимаю 10-15 минут это что бы показать какая мелкая работенка ждет исполнителя? И да проект с серьезным бюджетом я так понимаю вы тоже по срокам оценивать будете на глазок?)) Там работы-то всего ничего 2-3 дня и SAP внедрили.

Я вас еще раз главное напишу, если вы не поняли, заказчик - не кодер, скорость описана с точки предположения, вместо ставки и экспертного мнения вы строчите какую-то фигню в форум, что говорит о вас, как о людях с кучей свободного времени без желания работать, следовательно вы одни из этих ребятишек, сядящих сутки на форумах, отсюда и отсутствие у вас занятости и работы. Те, кто хотят работать, делают ставку и аргументируют свою позицию. Удачки ребятишки)
