Implementation of Trello in a team of up to 10 people
Good day!
We are looking for a specialist to implement Trello according to the needs of our team. The task is not just to set up the basic structure, but to help adapt it to our workflows, teach the team how to use it, and set up automations.
Information about our company:
Number of people who will work in Trello: 6–8 people (mostly managers, executors, and a supervisor)
Number of directions/projects: 3 main directions + 1 related project
Processes we want to transfer to Trello:
internal task accounting for projects;
conducting marketing campaigns;
processing applications (simple CRM functionality);
deadline control, reporting.
Necessary integrations:
Google Calendar;
Google Drive;
possibly, e-mail or Telegram notifications.
Training needed: yes, for the entire team — preferably 2–3 hours online (Zoom, Meet)
Budget: for implementation + training, we consider proposals offered by you
