We are launching a scalable multi-site WordPress infrastructure for a U.S.-based insurance & AI platform (CoverAI.net), and we're looking for an experienced DevOps/System Administrator to set up and secure our VPS hosted on Hetzner Cloud (Ashburn, USA).

Your responsibilities:

Deploy VPS (4 vCPU / 8 GB RAM) with Ubuntu 22.04
Install and configure CyberPanel with OpenLiteSpeed
Set up a WordPress-ready environment: PHP, MySQL, Redis, OPcache
Configure FTP/SFTP access, DNS, and Email (Postfix/Dovecot if needed)
Install Let’s Encrypt SSL
Integrate with Cloudflare (access will be provided)

Performance & Security Optimization:

Setup firewall (CSF or iptables), Fail2Ban
Disable root SSH login
Harden CyberPanel access and login pages
Enable Cloudflare proxy + Bot Fight Mode
Install WordPress on 2–3 domains
Enable LiteSpeed Cache + Redis
Optimize TTFB and page load speed

Extras:

Set up automated backups (local or remote)
Monitoring tools (UptimeRobot, Jetpack, or similar)
Deliver a brief guide (PDF or video) explaining how to:
- Add new domains/sites
- Manage SSL and caching
- Monitor or restart services if needed

Security goals:

Block brute-force attacks, DDoS, bot floods
Ensure site stability under moderate traffic
Protect login/admin panels and WordPress backend

🔁 Scalability Notice:
We are starting with 2–3 domains but plan to scale up to 100 landing pages over the next 6 months. The setup must support easy scaling and long-term management.
