The task:
1 . After the usual registration and confirmation by email, the page of the Website Profile should be opened. This page is opened separately: at the same time the site itself should not be visible at all, the transition to the site at this time should not exist.
2nd In this opened after confirmation of registration by e-mail Profile, it is proposed to fill in additional options, such as continuation of registration.
Three After filling in these additional data, the site itself will be opened.

4. Эти дополнительные данные не оседают в Базе Данных, а аккумулируются в эксель файле с номерами ID, а фотографии каждой регистрации при этом переходят в архивные файлы ( так же с указанием ID пользователей) .
Эти файлы должны оседать в админке. Администратор может зайти в эксель файл, снять данные, удалить их, но при этом сам эксель файл не удаляется - туда продолжают поступать данные дополнительной регистрации от других пользователей.
Архивы фотографий админ может скачать, и удалить из админки.
5. После того, как завершилась дополнительная регистрация, опции от этой регистрации удаляются-исчезают с Профиля.
Но в Профиле остаются некоторые из этих опций от этой регистрации (Страна, Город, О себе, Контактные данные, загрузка фотографий). - Это изменение данных, которые остаются в Профиле.
6. Если пользователь вносит какие-то изменения в эти опции, данные уходят в отдельный (такой же) эксель файл+ в котором указывается так же ID пользователя (в этом случае в эксель файле заполнены только изменённые опции), и архивы с фотографиями, так же, как и в первом случае.
Файлы с Изменения регистрации в админке размещаются отдельно.
При этом Заполненные данные в Профиле так же исчезают после заполнения.
7. После завершения дополнительной регистрации, в Профиле создаётся опция: ОТКРЫТЬ сайт (сайт открывается) / ЗАКРЫТЬ сайт ( у пользователя остаётся открытым только Профиль.
В этом случае, если пользователь заходит на сайт, ему открывается только профиль (нет возможности перехода на сайт). Он пользуется только своим Профилем на сайте.
И при этом сам пользователь оказывается дезактивированным в чатах, форумах... - по всему сайту. И ему нельзя писать, открывать - его аватар для других пользователей на сайте - серый-дезактивированный.
Если пользователь снова переходит на сайт (открыть сайт), то он снова активируется на сайте (по своему желанию).
