Token should be obtained every 3600 secs. renew token should be avalible.
The obtained token is to be used in all further requests. once token updated, it should be saved and used within api calls that are waiting to executed.

3. upload bundle ids (bundleID) (file\paste)

*note, new demand name=list name
add bundle id - add one from bundleID list
---- get created listID -- assign listID to demand
In the End we get new demand created with whitelist assigned (whitelist contains one bundle)
