We are looking for a talented and experienced Webflow developer who specializes in transferring projects from Figma to Webflow.As a Figma Design Transfer Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in our team, providing an unprecedented translation of creative design concepts into functional and visually spectacular websites.Requirements: Collaborate with our team of designers to understand and interpret their Figma design files.Precise and efficiently transfer design elements, including patches, graphics, printing and interactive components, from Figma to Webflow.Ensure the perfect implementation of the design elements with accuracy up to a pixel and maintain uniform branding on all pages.Optimize the performance of the website, the response speed and the user’s convenience on different devices and browsers.If necessary, integrate third-party plugins and applications.Test and eliminate the functionality of the website to identify and eliminate any errors or problems.Collaborate with inter-functional teams including designers, content creators and project managers to ensure compliance with the project deadlines.Requirements: Experienced in Webflow, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating visually attractive and adaptive websites.Great experience of transferring projects from Figma to Webflow with preservation of integrity and design accuracy.A confident understanding of the principles of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and adaptive web design.Experience the best web development practices, including availability and SEO optimization.Attention to the details and careful attitude to design aesthetics to ensure the accurate implementation of design concepts.The ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple projects at the same time.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, for effective collaboration with team members.Strong attitude to solve problems and the ability to think creatively to overcome technical difficulties.Preferential skills: Experience in integrating Webflow with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.Knowledge of interface frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
