Go Webserver to Process Data before Archiving in Database

We need a web server which can support perhaps 3-400 websocket connections or 1000+ http post requests per second. It must rearrange json (~100 char at most, mostly only 20 char), do simple math, write it to a database and send relevant data to other servers (which write it to databases).

The operations and required math are already designed in pseudocode, we have them in our specifications. The interaction with websockets or http commands should be designed. I would like to discuss your approach quickly on telegram. (Можно и на русском обслуждать это)
