This is the preliminary spec sheet.  Please quote an estimated price /

General Spec. Sheet

Landing page: Heading for fields about the company, about us, impressum, contact, press, etc.
Language options: split in Ukrainian, Russian, English, German (flag symbols). Language text files will be supplied.
Registration: register as customer, register as supplier. Each is assigned an individual, alphanumeric 9 digit ID (custermer ID begins with C…….., supplier ID begins with “D”.  Both need to pick a user name, which will show during interactions. Both have data fields including: name, address, phone, email. Supplier has additional data fields (to be determined)
Split of the supplier data sheet into two profiles: public profile (only includes handle and feedback), private profile (all info).
Both databases (customer and supplier) must be searchable by a pre-set list of parameters
Supplier must be able to enter data for goods, roughly 4-8 data fields
Customer needs to be able to enter a request (mask will be supplied): request needs to be assigned an individual 9 digit alphanumeric code starting with “J”.   Each request needs to have a total of 4 different statuses, which can be changed by us (with symbols associated with each status).  Requests need to be visible to all suppliers, us, and the customer who entered it.
Feedback button on website.  Must be logged in order to leave feedback.  Feedback options dependent on ID (split between “C” and “D”).   Feedback left by customers (star rating of supplier) needs to be displayed on supplier public profile.  We must have the option to remove individual feedback.  In order for customer to leave star rating for supplier, customer needs to enter the supplier handle. Only then star rating is posted to supplier.
