Preliminarily, the problem seems to be related to the incompatibility of cryptographic libraries or the certificate formats of monobank keys with the current version of PRRO/1C.
I can:
- check the cryptographic libraries and settings;
- test the operation of the keys;
- update/improve the module if necessary;
