Скорее всего иит, но урезаную и старую, так как JS убрали давно с общего доступа и предоставляют только сертифицированым оказателям услуг

Я пользуюсь java либой от iitи знаю что новый "игрок" должен попасть (своим серификатом ) в файл корневых сертификатов удостоверяющих центров CACertificates.p7b Если js либа использует его же= то нужно обновить этот файл скорее всего там нет монобанка как УЦ
