I would like to make a windows console application (chat-bot) that uses OAuth to send messages to twitch chat.
here is some documentations https://dev.twitch.tv/docs/irc we will have a txt file contain the oauth codes and other text file contain the messages, and each message should be sent after 2 sec. so each account send 1 line from the chat.txt file and wait 2 sec then the next account send next line etc, and loop this with accounts and also loop the chat line until I close the chat bot
