Woocommerce sales based on quantity
I am looking for a programmer who can write a solution for WordPress/WooCommerce in my custom template.
We are preparing to open a store on the WooCommerce platform (currently in the stage of adding products).
We have one specific product in our offer. It is polystyrene. We have several manufacturers.
In order for the transaction to take place, at least 25m3 of the product must be ordered. The product is packaged differently due to various thicknesses (from 1 to 30cm) and in one package, there is from 0.2 to 0.3m3 (there are tables describing these dependencies).
The solution involving setting a minimum order quantity can be handled with a plugin, but that is not the point here.
To meet the logistical minimum, it can be a mix of products from one manufacturer, as long as the total volume amounts to 25m3.
A clear calculator for the Client is also needed. The Client does not understand much about m3. The Client knows how many m2 of facade they have. The goal is for the Client to provide the number of m2, which will be converted into the required amount of m3 and the number of full packages. This is a very simple mathematical formula.
