на главной есть вывод последних статей из разных рубрик.
В самом низу есть блок ПУБЛИКАЦИИ, куда выводятся ВСЕ статьи из ВСЕХ рубрик (сейчас для удобства работы ограничил 30 статьями) . Сделано в виде блоков по 5 статей в каждом и оформлено стилями.
ЗАДАЧА: сделать изначально отображения блока из 5 статей. При прокрутке вниз экрана показываются еще 1 блок с 5 статьями и так до бесконечности, пока статьи не закончатся )

Могу сделать все через плагин, там формировать скрипт и подгружать статьи по скролу.
Думаю за 1 день справлюсь , все зависит от того как формируется у вас в functions.php вывод статей , по деньгам можно тоже будет еще обговорить.
