I hired Vitalia for a project to help myself, so I can evaluate his work from a professional point of view.
What I liked:
He knows how to work with git.
- managed the difficult enough task to create WP Widget and was able to make changes in custom metabox
I made the changes right away and checked the changes in time.
Corrected some errors that were not listed in the TZ.
What I didn’t like:
- Communication is not professional - often responds with a single word or screenshot without any explanation, it looks like it will very much save your time in the loss of the customer's time
- Not attentive to the details (for example, not paying attention to the breakpoint, which was already used in the topic and integrated its changes in comparison with the same elements on the page)
Not using standard WP functions to solve tasks
Not following the DRY principles in the code.
