Что нужно сделать на сейчас:
1. Сделать Кастомный Visual Composer блок (только VC блок), который содержит слайдер с фото людей и цитаты
1.1 При клике на фото меняется контент в цитатах
1.2 Цитаты состоят из фото и самой цитаты, циты представлены двойным слайдером (всегда только две цитаты)

На сайте уже есть кастомные VC блоки, пример реализованого слайдера с цитатами уже есть. Стили уже есть
Сначала нужно все выполнить локально, показать готовый функционал. После подтверждения залить на bitbucket
