Да, я читал. Это не принципиально, плагин может добавлять или уменьшать цену в процентном или числовом значении, в зависимости от количества. По поводу изменения цены в зависимости от цвета, цвет это у вас как вариация товара ?

Пока никак, но в целом можно сделать вариацией (если там можно процент к цене добавлять).

Тут нужно не от количества, а от размера. На странице товара должны быть доп. поля для ввода размеров и в зависимости от них цена должна либо оставаться такой же (если размер ниже или соответствует заданному значению) или увеличиваться, как описано в задании.
