A) Increasing the speed of the upload of pages for mobile.Previously, work was carried out to optimize the charging speed - this gave a normal speed increase for PCs and in a lesser degree for mobile ones.For some pages, the speed for mobile remains in the red zone by Google PageSpeed Insights.I would like to bring the speed if not to the green zone, then at least get closer to it.This work has been done over the days:
1) Press the images on the pages where they remained uncompressed.2) The host has acceleration set (https://cityhost.ua/support/hosting/hosting-2-0/optimizaciya-pagespeed/ has been enabled "Select CoreFilters").3) Connected and set CDN Cloudflare (free tariff).But a significant increase in speed did not give it.Now the situation is as follows:

C) Make a more smooth scrolling.The problem appears only on the main, the rest of the pages have a normal turning feeling.
