High-quality motion designer

A motion designer is needed for several tasks.

Requirements:

1) Sense of style. I do not want to specify each element or where it should be located. There will be room for creativity.

2) Speed.

3) Not for all the money in the world.

Task that can already be taken and done:

Video goal:

Demonstrate that the artist achieved viral success on TikTok without using trends, blind copying, or changing style to fit algorithms. The video should visually embody system breaking and a WOW effect, using glitch, neon, 3D graphics, and abstract metaphors of growth.

Creative concept: “System Error → TikTok Explosion”

Main idea: The artist does not adapt to the algorithm and still takes off. The algorithm is “broken”.

Video structure (Reels, up to 30 seconds):

1. [0–3 seconds]

 Frames: artist or character in a dark space (room, loft, studio), playing or recording deep music.

 Atmosphere: warm lighting, analog feel, grainy video, minimal effects.

Text: “Not a trend. Not a format.” (with a slight flickering effect on screen)

2. [3–8 seconds]

 Transition with harsh glitch → frame appears to “break”.

 TikTok UI interface appears, showing that the track is ignored by the system: 0 views, no trends.

 A phrase appears like: “ALGORITHM FILTER DETECTED” → artist’s face distorts with a filter → ERROR.

3. [8–15 seconds]

 Viral growth begins. TikTok counters rapidly increase: 0 → 1,000 → 20K → 100K+.

 Counters burst onto the screen like an explosive graph + sound waves.

 Color palette — neon-red, electric blue, glitch-green.

4. [15–20 seconds]

 Animation: TikTok logo breaks apart, turns inside out.

 Text appears:

“SYSTEM ERROR: Not a Trend — Still Blew Up”

→ phrase breaks through the screen like an error popup.

5. [20–27 seconds]

 Motion graphics: artist stands in the center, surrounded by phrases:

“Authenticity Wins”, “ALGORITHM REJECTED”, “REAL AUDIENCE CONNECTED”

6. [27–30 seconds] — final with CTA

 Background — visual of TikTok but “broken”: glitch, sound waves, colorful splashes.

 Text:

 “You don’t need a format to take off.”

“SYSTEM HACKED.”

 “TikTok breakthrough? Link in bio.”

ALL TEXT IN ENGLISH

Music / sound:

Start — low ambient or lo-fi (for atmospheric shot).

Middle — glitch-break / chaos (sound glitch, noise, overload).

End — funk, breaks, or dramatic electronic drop (emphasizing the wow-growth effect).

Visual style:

Glitch art, cyberpunk, noise, graphics with TikTok interfaces that are breaking.

Do not use classic “mimic” TikTok aesthetics. This is about fighting trends, not following them.

The glitch interface should be stylized, unconventional — like an alternative to the system.

Technical requirements:

Format: 9:16, Full HD (1080x1920)

Length: up to 30 seconds

Sound: synchronized with visual transitions (glitch → splash → explosion)

Deadline: by 07.07
