Sessions with Therapist Monetization
General Rules
The therapy calls of 'regular therapy' type are paid by parent before each single session.
Each therapist himself defines the cost of sessions of each type.
The platform takes the commission in size of 25% of the price of each therapy session.
Before the statuses of the call are provided by both - the parent and the therapist - the money is held on parent’s account.
Session Confirmation Policy
If both, the parent and the therapist, provided the call’s status as ‘Success' in 24 h after the call was supposed to be ended, then the 75% of session’s cost are sent to the therapist’s account, and the 25% of session’s cost are sent to platform’s account.
If both, the parent and the therapist, provided the call’s status as ‘Unsuccess' in 24 h after the call was supposed to be ended, then the refund is provided for the money paid for the session by parent.
If the call’s status is NOT provided by either the parent or the therapist in 24 h after the call was supposed to be ended, then the money paid for the session by parent is held on parent’s account, till S Admin makes the decision.
If the call’s statuses provided by the parent and the therapist do not match, then the money paid for the session by parent is held on parent’s account, till S Admin makes the decision.
