Перед тем, как делать ставку на этот проект, внимательно прочтите ТЗ. Там не все "очень просто" и за день вряд ли получится все сделать, даже при наличии хороших знаний. Там нужно создавать модель для записи данных, не понятно какая должна быть схема зала и как нужно ее реализовать (подразумеваю, что на js и только ее делать около 1 дня), писать шаблон отправляемого письма при бронировании. В общем заказчик изначально неверно оценивает сроки и сложность задания, так что о справедливой оплате, скорее всего, думать также не стоит.
